Refund Policy

Our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date you paid for the order for a full refund.

Our standard return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we usually cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Once your return has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or denied.

If your return is approved, it will be processed and your payment will be refunded.

It may take some time before your return is formally processed.

We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at info@greentest.cn and arrange a return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to be delivered to you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
